Impact Futures Group have a fantastic new opportunity for an enthusiastic, commercially minded and highly capable Digital & Performance Specialist to join our growing digital function. This is a hybrid-based role that requires attendance to our office in Chiswick 1 to 2 days a month. The Role This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about digital and enjoys turning data, insight and ideas into tangible improvements. Working closely with the Head of Digital, you’ll help shape and deliver our digital strategy, with a particular focus on improving how we use our websites, data and digital channels to generate leads, improve conversion and drive sustainable organic growth. You’ll work across the wider organisation, collaborating with Marketing, Content, Technology and Commercial teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across different areas, challenging the status quo and helping to establish smarter, more consistent and scalable ways of working. Most importantly, this is a role for a doer. You’ll be expected to get stuck in, identify opportunities, build solutions, test and learn, and keep things moving forward. What you’ll be doing Digital data, reporting & insight Help establish consistent approaches to digital reporting, measurement and performance tracking. Use tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Google Ads to collect, analyse and surface meaningful data. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that make digital performance easy to understand and act upon. Identify trends, opportunities and areas of underperformance, translating data into clear recommendations. Support the development of a robust digital measurement and tracking infrastructure. Website performance & CRO Support the ongoing optimisation of our websites, with a strong focus on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and user experience. Use analytics and user behaviour data to identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and conversion. Help develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation. Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver website improvements. Ensure digital activity is focused on measurable commercial outcomes, including lead generation and conversion. SEO & organic growth Support the development and implementation of our evolving SEO strategy across technical, on-page and content activity. Identify opportunities to increase organic visibility and reduce reliance on paid acquisition. Monitor search performance and use data to inform priorities. Stay up to date with developments in search, including the growing impact of AI and changing search behaviour. Explore new opportunities to improve organic discovery and digital reach. Digital innovation & AI Keep up to date with developments across digital marketing, analytics, search, AI and emerging technologies. Identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency, insight and digital performance. Test and implement new tools and approaches where they can add genuine value. Help the organisation adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape. Digital delivery Work closely with the Head of Digital to turn strategic priorities into clear actions and deliverables. Take ownership of projects from idea through to implementation and evaluation. Work collaboratively with existing teams to ensure digital improvements are embedded effectively. Bring structure, pace and accountability to digital projects. Continually look for opportunities to improve how we work and raise digital standards across the organisation. Website optimisation, CRO and user journeys. SEO and organic acquisition. Essential Knowledge & Skills You’ll be Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how digital activity contributes to leads and revenue. Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities. Detail-focused, with pride in producing high-quality work. Proactive, with a natural instinct to improve things rather than wait to be told what to do. Comfortable working with ambiguity and figuring things out. Collaborative and confident working with people across different teams and levels of seniority. Coachable, receptive to feedback and committed to continuous development. Genuinely enthusiastic about emerging technologies, particularly AI and its impact on digital marketing and search. Desirable It would be great if you also have Experience across several digital disciplines, or deeper expertise in analytics, performance marketing, CRO or SEO. Experience working within a multi-brand or group structure. Experience of experimentation, A/B testing or tag management implementation. About you You’re curious, driven and genuinely excited by digital. You don’t need to know everything. What matters is that you’re willing to learn, comfortable getting stuck into problems and hold high standards for the work you produce. You might already have broad digital experience, or you may have developed particular expertise in analytics, performance marketing, CRO, SEO or another area and are now looking to broaden your skillset. Above all, we’re looking for someone who is curious, commercially aware, data-driven and keen to make things happen. You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital, gaining valuable exposure to digital strategy while taking significant ownership of the practical delivery that turns strategy into measurable results.
