This apprenticeship is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in Health and Social Care. You do not need previous experience, as full training and support will be provided. We are looking for someone who is: Enthusiastic and willing to learn Reliable and committed A good communicator Patient and understanding Able to work well as part of a team Passionate about supporting others Apprenticeship Training As part of this apprenticeship, you will work towards your Level 2 Adult Care Worker qualification, gaining the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to succeed as a Support Worker. You will receive ongoing support from both your employer and training provider, with time dedicated to completing your apprenticeship work. Future Opportunities On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to progress your career within Health and Social Care, with potential pathways into roles such as Senior Support Worker, Care Worker, or further qualifications at Level 3 and beyond.
