Support Worker – Rhos Cottage, Swansea Full Time | £13.45–£13.75 per hour (Dependent on Experience and Qualifications) | 39 hours per week + Sleep-ins Looking for a job where you can truly make a difference? We do lots of fun things outdoors whatever the weather.” – Young person in our care What you’ll do as a Support Worker Support young people’s emotional and physical wellbeing, including personal care Be a positive role model and help young people build independence Join in activities like football, fishing, and outdoor adventures Drive young people to school, appointments, and activities Keep clear records and help maintain a welcoming home environment What you’ll need to be a Support Worker A caring and resilient personality Great communication skills Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, and weekends A full UK driving licence (essential) The right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining on your visa (if applicable) An Enhanced DBS check – as this role involves regulated activity with children, an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
